Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please review our policy below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items cannot be exchanged.
2. Exchanges Only
- We do not offer refunds. Instead, we’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll provide store credit for future purchases.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- To start an exchange, please email us at flyoutcastclothing@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the desired size or color.
- Once approved, we’ll send you further instructions on completing the exchange.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or store credit.
